Terms and Conditions:

1. Safe Management Measures shall follow prevailing government requirements/advisories at time of event. If mandated, proof of valid vaccination status will be required for entry to the venue and no refunds will be made if the ticket holder is unable to comply.

2. No exchange of tickets will be made and tickets may not be resold nor redistributed or used for any commercial or marketing event, activity, promotion or purpose, without the prior written consent of the Organizer.

3. The Organizer may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the performance or deny access to the venue, due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes.

4. Infants in arms will not be permitted entry. Children below the age of 10 shall be accompanied by a guardian.

5. The Organizer reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission / evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate.

6. No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during shows, performances and screenings unless otherwise instructed by the Organizer.

7. The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, drugs, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.

8. Singapore law shall govern the sale of all tickets and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

9. The ticker holder shall abide by all entry conditions imposed by the venue from time to time.
